FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good to know

Is my child too old for sleep support?+

Not at all. Sleep habits can change at any age, and older children often respond quickly once routines and boundaries are consistent. Plus they're old enough to be part of the plan, which makes them proud of their progress.

Will there be tears?+

Change can bring protest, especially from a child who's used to the current routine. You stay present and supportive throughout, and the plan includes tools to keep your child feeling safe and connected while the habits shift.

How long until we see results?+

Every child is different, and consistency matters more than speed. Most families notice bedtime getting easier within the first week or two of following their plan, and the weekly calls are there to adjust the approach until sleep is stable.

My child ends up in our bed every night. Can that really change?+

Yes. Night visits are one of the most common toddler sleep struggles and one of the most fixable, with clear expectations, a consistent loving response, and a plan your child understands.

What about fears of the dark?+

Nighttime fears are real to your child, and the plan takes them seriously. We build confidence and security around bedtime rather than dismissing the fear, so your child feels safe falling asleep alone.

We're about to move from crib to bed. Should we wait?+

Timing matters here. On our call we'll look at whether to make the move now or stabilize sleep first. And the plan covers the transition either way, so it doesn't undo your progress.
